Sheila Schick

Sheila Schick is an IT Specialist for the Department of Housing and Urban Development with the Office of Chief Information Office (OCIO) stationed in Oklahoma City. With over 30+ years of service at HUD, her responsibilities have included all aspects of computers, from installation, to repair, to network administration of her duty station office evolving into spearheading national projects and initiatives, programming national apps, and cloud administration.

With HUD’s vision of implementing DocuSign eSignature through the enterprise, Ms. Schick leads the execution of the eSignature adoption throughout the enterprise on behalf of OCIO. Through her leadership and with the help of her team and collaboration with program areas, DocuSign is increasing efficiency, economy, and accountability in HUD’s operations, including internal and external clients.

Ms. Schick has a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Business and Finance, along with an MBA. She is busy enjoying her son’s senior year in high school, looking forward to his soccer season, and reluctantly (yet excitedly) sending him to college. When time allows, she enjoys time with family and friends, working with the youth at church, and showing off her green thumb in the yard.
