Cinnamon Rogers is the Head of Global Government Affairs at DocuSign, the company that pioneered electronic signatures and now offers digital transformation of the agreement process itself. In her role she leads federal, state, and international public policy and advocacy for the company.

Prior to joining DocuSign, Cinnamon was the Executive Vice President of Public Advocacy at CompTIA, where she served as the association’s chief advocate, promoting its members’ policy priorities through public affairs initiatives and events, media outreach, and lobbying campaigns. She also served as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at the Telecommunications Industry Association, representing the global supply chain for the telecom and tech sectors.

In addition, Cinnamon was Vice President at telecommunications and media companies, including Time Warner Cable, Discovery Communications, and Time Warner Inc. She served for nearly seven years in the role of Vice President and Legislative Counsel for NCTA – The Internet & Television Association.

Cinnamon started her career working in the U.S. Congress in both the House of Representatives and Senate, and also served as the Director of Congressional Affairs at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.

Cinnamon received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and her B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
